★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just come for servicing once in 3 to 4 months and each and every time here is a satisfaction with my bike getting serviced here. One thing for sure that I don't know whether they are going to come up with a workshop in asansol or not else everything is best. One more thing just expect a bike of your choice and not the special accessories. Eg. KTM printed shirts or Helmets and so and so forth.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Place in good but Ask a lot of questions. For gear oil , shopkeeper ask where is your bike , without bike we don't sell anything. But really a good shop for KTM bikes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had went to pickup a bike for review from TeamBHP. We had already talked with them and they had said to pickup the bike the next day. When we went the next day we got a very rude behaviour from the sales head Sandeep and he declined from giving us the bike. He was talking very rudely to us. Even when we talked about buying a bike he didn't talk to us properly. This is not how you should behave with the ones reviewing your bike or your customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff behaviour is good. They will tell in details about the speciality of KTM bikes and how it is of superior quality than other bikes. The location of the shop is fantastic just beside the highway, spot on. The size of showroom is a bit small. It could have been larger to display newly launched bikes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worse than imagination. It took 8 hours to deliver a bike. They didn't have proper stock. All the bikes had one or other fault. Its not because of KTM as a company but because of the mismanagement of the showroom. Terrible experience.
