★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First of all the place is small and there are only a few bikes; although that is not the reason for the bad review. When I went there, none of the staff acknowledged that I was there, there was some arguement that was going on with some customer. I left the shop within a few minutes without anyone approaching me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I now know why this showroom has a low rating. I stay in Ecity and I've actually booked the bike from Marthahalli. I'd been here to the showroom asking for TD. Was promised the TD would come home but never happened even after followups from my end. Asked for the pricing which was promised on whatsapp but never got it even after followups. I called Marthahalli (a different dealer), was a welcoming experience and got the TD immediately along with all the info and very friendly showroom staff. Ended up booking the Adv 390 from the Marthahalli showroom. Though it may be miles away, I prefer this as compared to the lethargic experience of the ecity showroom.
