★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience I’ve ever had of all the KTM Service centres I have been to. Spares are not available and no one is good at communicating with customers. They won’t lift the calls properly and they don’t have enough domain knowledge to address the customer issues and moreover they don’t have proper internal communication in between them. The only answer they can give accurately is ‘I DONT KNOW’

Either they don't know how to do service and just showing up, or they don't have enough manpower / infrastructure to meet the demand. It looks, they can't or don't want to increase their capacity for service at this place or with new outlet.
