As I'm new to kolkata ppl there who had come for their bike services told that this place is way better than any other KTM workshops in Kolkata and the technicians here know the vehicle n how it works

They solve my difficult problem of LOW OIL PRESSURE which appeared after my first service. One thing about their team is very special and that is they discuss with customer the problem in its general and technical way its possible outcome, in other service centre in Kolkata customer remain in dark, as they do not discuss technical aspect of fault in customers bikes and possible outcome after service,
Thier team is well behaved. Polite, and friendly in behaviour, offer tea and take care their customers,

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service center was good and the staff was helpful and got good assistance. My issue was solved on first attempt. Got good service. But the place where the service center was located was horible. There you can see my bike Duke 200 bs6 Orange black in the pic shared. Really feeling proud to be a KTM Customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just did my first service of bs6 duke 390 which costed 1761rs. During covid 19 they have shortage of stuff, still they managed to service my bike within 2hr. Waiting room is nice with AC. But currently can't enter many people. Waiting room is fitted with glass so you can see the servicing of your bike. All staff behaviour was polite. Overall nice experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a huge service centre. The service guys are awesome. My car was full of dust and it was unused for 1 year. They serviced it and made it like new. Hats off to them. That's the reason I do not go to the service centres which are nearest to my house, rather I go to this service centre.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awesome facility, Extremely co-operative staffs, deserves recognition for its services from day one.
Earlier open its doors at Topsia now relocated at Dhapa, still the same staffs (almost). Never been disappointed by their service - may it be replacing bike parts, billing, cooperation, or as a whole servicing the whole bike. The staffs work so efficiently & smoothly that the bike owners can just leave their rides in their hands & expect 100% satisfaction after servicing.
