★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have not visited the place but I have called them for my rc200 stator coil which number I got from Google . The call got connected in the sales department and the guy on the other side was rude when I tried asking him for my bikes stator coil. He was a muslim guy by his name which I saw on true caller. No cast discrimination tough, just to point the proper guy.

They only checked some electrical readings opened the battery cover & washed the bike, thts it.
Washing was also not done properly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I purchased KTM adventure from them and it was my first service and when I went there for service i was waiting for service advisor for 30 min and he didn't turn up... After thrashing them for this behaviour some guy came and attend me.. After checking bike and all he asked me to come next day and when I asked him that it's first service why asking me to come next day rather give me today itself he clearly denied that no possible and seeing his attitude I have to take my bike back and i handed over to akurdi KTM and they did my service and handed my bike back same day.
For my 3 Rd service i got call from Sai again asking me to give them one more chance to serve better
I told them that i am not interested to visit your phugewadi showroom rather i will visit wagholi showroom which is 38 Km far from my house and i booked timeslots with them to visit
After reaching there they once again showed their original colour by informing that we have bike in Q
I clearly asked them what does appointment means to you ..is.it.wasting other person time.
We do.our bookings in advance to avoid rush and wasting time
It was.total waste of.time and.money
I suggest try Baner ktm or akurdi
Sai service need to chang the way of working
If u cannot handle load then better don't waste customer time.and.money
