โ โ โ โ โ This was our first service and first purchase of car and the service was extremely disappointing. The nexa service and experience that Maruti offers and claims is definitely not in practice with this dealer and service center. The new car was delivered with faulty cover near hand break and the stitch of steering cover came off. No follow up from the executive there and you will have to yourself call 10 people again and again to get your work done. Looks like one gets attention only when you escalate the matter. Customer is taken for granted and asked to make visits again to fix such trivial things that a nexa service center should readily have. No paper sheets were put on the floor mat after servicing. As basic as that had to be reported back to them. Will never go back to this center and will not recommend it to anyone.

โ โ โ โ โ Not good dealer...and the sales person did not give proper communication with customer...
I have book my wagnor on 23 oct and the sales person told me to delivery my after 1 month but after one month he told me he delivery after 1 to 2 weeks..They did not give proper word with customer..

โ โ โ โ โ Very unprofessional service center. They have now kept my car for more than 7 days and still unsure when will I get my car. They will never update you on right status, will never call back and even after complaint in NEXA they don't bother. It's zero star rating...they have completely spoiled NEXA experience for which car was taken.

โ โ โ โ โ They will never do there work on time and doesn't give any update to customer regarding status of their car . I have given baleno for some damage repair and they took around 3 weeks that too by following up many times. Manager is also saying that I m helpless and I cannot do much for getting required parts on time. Don't give ur car to them , u will face lots of irritation and frustration if u give ur car to them.
