★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hi i am a member of kts fitness academy and i joined there just two weeks before and achiving a great results just in this short period of time i can see the changes in me.
Starting from work out and the diets are very balanced by my personal trainer. I was 65 when i joined kts now i am almost 63 in just two weeks.
I am very thankful specially to my personal trainer Deep da for helping me out, he is a very nice person very polite and he knows how to make you do work out when you have certain medical terms.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The behaviour of the owner and the manager cum all time trainer is so much rude nd hyper, and their money shark nature is so pathetic, all they know is to pull money by outraging on their customers and also implicating disgusted rules upon their customers, and wait it's not end here, they also make ppl fool by selling duplicate supplements with high price tag. Avoid this filthy gym and their filthy behaviour.

Doing work out in KTS is just like heaven.!
Definitely one of the best places to keep the passion of fitness running.... A place where to be motivated all time working out.Also , one of the best places to transform yourself with pure hardwork, discipline, determination, and dedication.. along with guidance from great certified trainers. ?
