★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When other lender like stashfin,m pokket used to give loan for 15 to 30 days kudos finance used to give only for 7 days with high interest..goldbowl,krazyruee,rupeemost,cash map,etc .etc.are many more financed by kudos..but loan collection agents are destroying its name.
And most importantly they used to give loan only for 7 days so now calculate how they are making fool of us.. If u apply loan for 5000 and u get 3500 but u have to pay back 5070.
Now calculate in a month we have 4 week and if we take every week loan of 5000 then in a month loan amount is 20000 but what we get is 3500 so in a month i.e.3500*4=14000.. So now calculate the loss and their profit s in the name of loan.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are giving loan through various Chinese Fintech app as micro credit for 7 days with 35% processing fees and some how if you get stuck and unable to pay they are charging 2% penal interest daily and misusing your phone book contacts by taking control of it through apps. Request each of you not to avail finance from them and GOI should ban this apps and such wrong practice of NBFCs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was the first experience with Kudos and I will suggest minus rating to this company sine there is no option henceforth giving 1 star.
Now come to the points, after availing a very small amount for less than one month and they charged almost double: which is still fine however the way of recollecting money is the worst method is used by its collection department. They having all the numbers from phone book and donot care that to whom they have called, they start asking money without thinking a single minute that caller is not the person who availed this amount, even though they become shame less and route and they start abusing people.
As I believe that they do not get the permission from top management to talk or behave like this but still they do it.
It's collection department ruining the repo and value of the company, which is not good for long term for Kudos.
So suggestion is to spread awareness to collection department that how to talk people first and how to ask for money.
