★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very worst and bad company customer service and there is not good engineers and they are behaving like a gundas Specially for Mr. Kukreja is not a good person and he is not knowledge how to talk with customers and He is abuse of customer and behave like a Big Fool, And he have not knowledge for business. I think Mr. Kukreja my personal suggestion is you want close your workshops because you never know about customer satisfaction, business is running throw customer not throw business man so Mr. Kukreja you have to not permission for time waste any guy any person understand,
Respect your staff just because there is two people is very nice and engineers is very cheap gusy in your company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor service. They put local parts in my bike and charged for genuine parts.
For 10 years my bikes chain and sprockets were running very good but when I changed them from Kukreja automobile, they got rusted within a year. Now I don't even have bill so I can go there and show them.
Very unethical service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Actually there is no option for no Star so its 1 but thanks to staff of service center if i do not met with them i miss the worst experience of my life so thanks for making such kind of experience. i purchase a new bike from there 3 months before and now i really feel that the old one is good because in three months it has many problems relating gear, break , leakage of engine Oil, meter not working, mirror and many more in only three months actually now i am confused is it a new bike or not and when i went their service center they have many exquese but do not have time to solve the problem. now i want share my experience with you that if you want to feel my situation go and purchase the bike from Kukreja Automobiles and for the worst experience go their service center. thank you

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I gave my maestro edge for servicing but after that weird sounds started coming from the scooty..the next day i went to the service centre but they said it's all good...we can't do anything.... and it was a free service for new purchase but they still charged me 900 rupees for various reasons.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I gave my maestro for service and after 2 days it suddenly stopped and i was not able to start my scooty afterthat so i had to push it back to my house, next day i called the service center to pickup my scooty, they said we don't have anyone who can pickup the scooty please bring it on your own to the service center and when i showed it to a local mechanic the next day he said "iski to service hi nhi kari buss wash karke wapas kardi hai." Very disappointed with the service, they take 4-5 hours for the delivery of a normal service. They'll charge you unnecessary amount for various spare parts or service which are not basically required to be changed, it will only increase the amount of your bill. Even after having a service card they charged me 1100 rs so it means 350-450 for service ( included in my service card) + 1100 for various oil and parts change ( AND I GUESS THEY DIDN'T EVEN CHANGE ANY PART FOR WHICH I PAID 1100 Rs). I will recommend a local workshop over this service center.

The service done by them is satisfactory according to me and they usually call you whenever your service date is near and ask you to come at their center. This reminding service I find very useful in our daily busy life, so that we can plan accordingly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very small place, no sufficient space for bikes. you have to talk from a high window on road to the computer operator sitting in basement. You have to sit down on knees and lay hand down to pay money because they the staff are sitting in basement and they won't let you come down through stairs.
