★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Editing - after a lot of struggle, they said they will return my money, but they are pressurizing me to delete the negative review first and then they will return my money, which I don't trust they will. So I'm attaching the screenshots of that as well.
I had an extremely bad experience with KTS, the fraudsters!!!! The food quality was not up to the mark, that's why I discontinued. I found hair in the roti, twice!!!!! In the beginning they tell you, in case you shift your job/location, or are dissatisfied with the quality, the remaining amount will be refunded. But they don't refund it. It has been one month of running after them and it's of no use. I wish I could give stars in negative. Guys this one's a genuine review of a genuine customer, who has actually taken service from them. (Because generally the positive reviews on Google are from family and friends! ?) Do not recommend this one!!!! Never. Beware of fraudsters.

They stop picking up your calls once you discontinue their service because of food quality and then they never refund your money which they earlier told that they will. Never trust them. Never pay in advance. Neverrrr take their services...

It's been two months and my sister is still waiting for her refund. They have cheated her. I will not recommend this Tiffin service ever.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have taken the subscription and paid 2700 Rs initially in October on my brother's name. I have ordered food only 8 or 9 times. He said that he will return the money but now he is not picking up the call. It's been 5 months. Please don't go for his service. It is not trustworthy. I have taken action against him and soon he will recieve the notice from court. I have all WhatsApp chats, payment record and call recording against him. It's not only about money but it's more about cheating your customers.
