★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very arrogant staff – told to book a appointment on phone by 10am to 10.30am – they are not answering the call and if your luck is good then answered by staff – talking rudely with patient – first taken offline patient – and anyone of them cancel then they give the appoint for online patient. This is ridicules thing. @Parag Kulkarni Sir – if your staff is not manage both then cancel the phone appointment system and give proper training to staff how to give the services the patient.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Doctor is good but staff is rude especially Rakesh. called like thousand times to get a appointment but no luck. I am with this doctor from last 5 years for my 3 kids but have to leave him due to inefficient doctor's management.

All the staff there is experienced ,skilled and helpful.
Though post surgery the waiting time is more for the appointments which is the only drawback.

Kulkarni eye hospital which i trusted with all my eye test for me and my family i Preferred for the lasik with Dr kulkarni sir. The process of lasik surgery was smooth, painless and carefully done by Dr. Kulkarni. I can now see with my own eye very clearly and I am more then happy and grateful to Dr. Kulkarni sir. Dr. Kulkarni is such an excellent, calm, hardworking person, explains everything nicely and aims for the best outcomes for his patients. The staff is just amazing with all the work and behavior. The hospital is so clean and well maintained. I am grateful to have such a great eye hospital in Virar. Worthy and must visit for any eye related concern.

We were well educated about the care that needs to be take before and post surgery as a result she had speedy recovery. The staff is very helpful and polite and always approachable..
