★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There is recurrent power outage so we had call room service frequently to keep AC on or had to ask them put on power generator the surroundings and ambience is nice but from this particular spot other tourist attractions are faraway. Not recommend to go there in summers .

Food was not fresh. They have serve stale Fish and chicken, and it was very costly as compare out side restaurants. For Example 450 rs for bombil thali. And out side we got same thali with better quantity and taste and quality at 250 rs
Washrooms are not cleaned its stinking.
Only good thing is its location and ambience.

Nicely thought and well maintained place with different types of room options, Swimming pool, tree swings, shower places and right in front of the beach. Good amount of staff, proper and separate veg and non-veg food options, breakfast and hi-tea.

Charges are pretty high.
No Room service was available.
The charging plugs were not working.
Owner behaviour was obscene.
Overall, the experience is terrible.
There are also perfect places to stay rather than this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Experience was excellent, especially food. The food was lip smacking good. We stayed there for 2 nights 3 days. Ambience was chilled for group or family stay. We really enjoyed the hospitality and service at Kulpe Farm.
