Very irresponsible behaviour and service. Have been calling and trying to reach out to team since yesterday morning and at last in evening they pick up my call, confirmed the order and then again gone. No response after that.
Again today morning, minutes back I get a message on whatsapp saying it's not available. And then suddenly when I called to confirm, they say they're working on previous day's orders and my order can only be processed after 4pm, eevn after placing the order a previous day. Pathetic.
I understand that everyone has work and are busy but as a customer I'm very disappointed with the way the team responds and works. I've been buying from Kumar elastics since April. Never tried to find any other suppliers. But it's okay if you don't want to sell it. Atleast say yes or no or give some valid reasons.
