Simply care for money but not concerned about clients happiness. As they didn't want to refund the commission they have delayed the whole process by giving lame excuses of festivals causing domestic helpers shortage.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Its a group of thugs and cheats. They will charge you for one year in advance and than after 2-3 months they will call the person by giving some or other excuse. Its been more than one and a half months they are promising replacement but not able to provide. Totally irresponsible team sitting here in Delhi office. Try and avoid crooks like them save your hard earned money.

They take their own commission in the very first month itself and hand u a maid who works fine for two months. Then they start with their regular drama of family emergencies for which they need to leave.
The replacement ones are just a sham who work for two days and leave on some pretext or another, that’s just a way of increasing their count on the number of replacements they have given.
Now they have finally become unresponsive to our texts and calls for replacement!
