With respect to location and for under construction project, flat costs are pretty High. Sales team really don't care about the customer as they are BRAND and they depict this in their conversation.
They don't allow site visit for security reasons which is quite hard to believe as other branded builder like Rama allowed to do so. It's like purchasing flat by side looking from Woodswille's garden or from google earth.
