They have a terrible stock of products and the lacklustre is completed by indifferent and rude behavior of the in-store personnel at this Shyambazar outlet. Giving one star for their previous reputation which they had lost in totality now

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ almost a get-all place for any artist, and at reasonable prices! Open most days except Sundays, and till 8, and pretty much the best place to dig out for art supplies in the north!
