★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Based on my recent visit to new location. What a chaos! They hardly have 5 tables with one server. Chicken biriyani was flavorless. Karimeen pollichath was disaster. Looks like they are serving readymade kerala porotta . I will not recommend. Horrible waiting time for getting food. Most of the starters mentioned in menu is not available! Get ready to wait for getting seat and food for more than an hour at least!

Ambience - Average, space is really compact.
Food - Tasty and quantity is also very apt.
Service - Staff is friendly and fast, can soeak hindi.
Cost - pocket friendly. 500-1000 for 2 pax
Must try - Seerfish, Prawns Biryani

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Authentic taste of food, a lot of visitors from Kerala that should signifying that the taste is good. Having said that the quantity should increase. I have always eaten dinner here, should try their meals for lunch and probably will change my rating after..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don't know why they run this restaurant. The taste is not good at all. They should name it something else instead of showing it as a proper Kerala restaurant. The Chennai branch had the authentic taste and flavours.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We went to restaurant after doing a online research. We Ordered Signature That's the KARIMEEN POLLICHA it was so oily, it shouldn't be like that because its Pollichath. Chicken was not so impressive. Meals was Ok. Serving on Banana Leaf will be done only for special meals not for normal meals. Staffs are Good and Polite yet Serving time can be improved.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It makes it tough to content after eating food when they arent equipped enough! Went with a whole gang but the experience was poor.
Drradful biriyani, not upto standard chicken curries, pathetic fish pollichathu and is still a 2 star for beef orders and good courteous staff. Also, Why should i come there to eat ID porotta? You utter a bad word to malayali.. He may come back but give a sub-standard porotta - he will never be coming back. ?
Need to improve a lot be it experience, taste or anything we can ask for. We need our old kumarakom back in terms of quality and ROI.
