Highly unprofessional who doesn't care to keep up promises. No consideration for customers hard earned money. No proper structural evaluation which results in poor quality. Completely money minded and cuts off cost stating all reasons. I deeply regret dealing with them..

Realistic Builders in Bangalore My experience with Kumari Builders is awesome, bought a flat in Kumari Woods and Winds, their quality of work till now which I experienced is very nice. Everything is good including their quality of work, material used, Payment flexibility, etc, hoping to move soon into my dream House, progress of the work is going in a very good phase. They Support customers in all the aspects.

I have been engaged with Kumari Builders for a property in HSR layout. I must say the staff is one of its kind. Very calm and listening to customer queries and very easily accommodating customer needs and difficulties. Particularly, the sales manager Mr. Gopal is very good. He speaks in a very polite and calm manner and is a genuine guy. He is frank with the company's offer and at the same time also makes way to solve customer difficulties, be it down payment or loan. I definitely recommend Kumari Builders. Thanks a lot you guys.

Which was truly impressed us to book a flat and it was a cool process from starting till we windup. All the documents were up to date and cleared. Which gave us a great confidence towards the company and one better thing construction is completed. I definitely recommend only Kumari Builders & developers to others

Many of your staffs are absconding from many months and you are asking their details to me. I don't get any response for my email and only get dictation. Amason FMS is under the control of KUMARI and none of the residents are happy with their service.We don't even know what are the charges and most importantly, none of you share. we put lot of effort to finalise another vendor with complete transparency but at the last minute you disagreed. Also, We received a order that we have to pay penalty for late maintenance payment. Did you ever considered penalty for late delivery of the Amenities and club house. we are stuck with the current FMS just because we did not get clubhouse on time. For authenticity, I can share my stamp duty but it would be good if you can check with the remaining staffs. They know my name and flat number. NOTE. : if you agree to replace my MBR broken door, I will share my flat number :) *****************Original Post: ********************** BEWARE of KUMARI BUILDERS AND DEVELOPERS. Their staffs are completely unprofessional and manner less people. I have purchased a premium flat in Amaranthine project and now regretting my decision to go with it. There are whole lot of issues with the builder and project and they don’t have well experienced staff to handle any issues. Everyone will behave like Roadies and you will fell that I am no body to them. I completely agree with the review provided by Uttam Nayak. Firstly it’s been more than a year after handover of my flat, these guys are not able to solve a single issue completely. For a minor issues like bathroom grouting, they had send somebody who does not know anything about grouting. They mixed grouting material with water and applied to my bathroom. Next one month I had an extra burden to clean the bathroom. I received broken door frame and they asked me to live with it. Dented door knob, broken door , hollow tiles are the items I received. Amenities: they promised premium roof top amenities later shifted to ground floor with limited space telling some xyz reason. Later most of the resident agreed as they promised to deliver till December 2020. Now its March 2021 and telling will finish till May 2021. All these timeline ares beyond their actual deadlines. Now resident understood that they won’t fulfil their promise so can not take handover before completion of the project. Car parking : they don’t have sufficient car parking space and the kind of parking they have provided to the residents, you will either laugh or hit your head. Here comes the torture, they have third party vendor for the maintenance who have zero prior experience. They will charge you whatever they want and you have to pay. You can not ask any explanation and moreover no one is there to respond you. If you are not paying they will Disconnect your power, may be next time water. So you are a slave in your house. So if you want a peaceful life , I would suggest to stay away from this builder or make your mind. I have many email about my personal flat complaints which I have sent to them and no response for it.

I have purchased a flat in their project Kumari Amarthane. They are very Unprofessional and not customer friendly. They have cheated to whoever purchased flat in Kumari Amarthane. Promised premium roof top amenities but shifting to ground and providing trimmed down amenities. Doing dictatorship by charging Unreachable maintenance amount and keep increasing it without consulting residents. Black mailing residents by disconnecting power and water. I am regretted for my decision to purchase flat from them. Builder never respond to customers concern or question.

Its almost 04 years we bought flat in Kumari woods and winds. We are still struggling to get OC. Terrace seepage has already started with no response from builder. Please get everything written on your sales deed. However only god knows whether they will stick to sales deed also or not?? After so many follow up also..kww team donot respond..

Highly unprofessional builder who doesn't care to keep up to promises made while selling the flat. No consideration for customers hard earned money. It's been 4 years to occupy KWW flat but every now and then builder give lame excuses on OC. Stay away from kumari projects
