★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's commonly used for bathing and death rituals. The place is not very clean but it carries the nostalgia of old north kolkata. Would not recommend for bathing but it's a nice place to sit and enjoy the cold breeze and the beauty of the river.. friend groups and couples can also have a visit.
