I feel very proud of my birth place .kumili is big village and historical famous.it is the first capital of Vizianagaram Gajapati princily state of North coastal Andhra Pradesh. the old name of kumili is kumbhilapuram.when the old mud fort of 16 century is collapsed then name is to be converted into kumili.kumili is famous for group of temples with nice architecture and painting s of our Hindu puranas.kumili village with fertile land with green fields on the bank of river champavati.

p	priya pathivada on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is located in vizianyanagaram . it is called as kumili . a small village with lots of temples . i have visited kumili temple in early in the morning around 6.30am . i felt pleasant after stepping inside , it is quite and only sound i can hear is om chanting .. temple is beautiful , its architecture was detailed . there are lots of god statue's and lots of god temple inside this big temple .. by what i was disappointed is temple is not well maintained . you can click some great photos inside it. this temple is open till 9pm . nobody will put any objections when u click pictures . best place to visit with ur family . it is just 2hrs journey from vizag to kumili.
