No proper communication and guidelines even after taking continuous feedback...lot of information hidden behind terms and conditions. Specially employee Nilesh yewale who are dealing with us had given wrong instructions and at the time of cancellation they completely change there statment. The behaviour of them totally different at the time of booking and at the time of cancellation. Very bad service provided..and the worst experience ever.

Very good and quick service. Had a break issue which needed to be resolved urgently. Vaishnavi and Mahesh were very helpful and prompt and I got the car back after replacement of the pads in 3 hrs.

The showroom was under construction so I won't be telling about the showroom ambience. I went to see the new Hyundai Venue. The sales guy appointed for us was not that thorough with the cars features, he was not even explaining the features properly. The only thing which was good was he made the test ride quite easy. He got the car, showed us the route and the vehicle experience overall was good. I request the showroom to provide good training to their sales guys as they also are responsible for the brand value.

Cheat with customers Speaking lie Very bad service While car booking he told that 8 to 9 month After completed 2 month then authority send email and said your wating period is extended And now it's become 12 to 13 month. No value of customer And customers money Theft system Don't buy car from this showroom at all

No customer advisor is available to attend the customer they are too busy with either with other customer or not available due to lunch time. No one available to give immediate attention we need to wait for there free time. Totally disappointed with the Kundan Hyundai service for customers.

I Came To Your Showroom To Claim My Insurance As I’d Been Through An Accident With My Car. It’s Been 2 Hours No One Attended Me To Check My car Detail’s, Each And Every Insurance Executive States The Same Thing that They Already Have Customers And There Will Be One Person Coming To Attend You And You Can Give Your Detail’s To Them. After Waiting For 2 Hours They Went To Have Their Lunch And That’s Fine But They Should Have 1st Attended Us Or Guided Us For The Process So That It Would Be Easy For Us As well To Understand How Can We Do Our Work. It’s A Lot Of Pressure Already To Have An Accident And Not Getting Good Experience From Your Representatives. Atleast You Should Explain Your Representatives That Having An Accident Is A Lot Of Mental Trauma And Those Customer’s Need To Get 1st Assistance Or Else Sharing Some Kind Of Process Knowledge So That We Can Be Rest Assured. Looking Forward To Get Better Assistance With Your Workers!

First of all when you arrive the showroom has a ample parking space, they staff is welcoming and there is enough amount of staff to attend you amid pandemic, we bought more than four cars from here and all time the experience was great, they offer some great discount and you’ll be able to get amazing deal if you are a good negotiator or putting some reference. It’s service center also does quick job and all executives are well knowledgeable about the car. Thanks for Mr. Amol for great Hyundai experience. Looking forward to visit again in future.

1. They do send person to pick up ur car and he starts calling you since 8 am in the morning, picked the vehicle at 9 and delivered the vehicle at 10.20 am, don't know what he was doing with the car to travel a 6kms distance. 2. With forcefully multiple calls my side to workshop authorities, then they responded and opened the job card and updated about work to be done. 3. It was general schedule services but he took entire day to make ready the vehicle. 4. Approx 2pm service advisor called and asked as vehicle is ready and getting washed, so I said will come at 1hr to pick. So I visited 3.30 and surprisingly to know vehicle not even taken for washing And parked outside at showroom. 5. Service advisor not even bother as whether the asked work is been done or not? e.g. Whenever asked tyre rotation is done or not he said he need to check, when I asked software service notification closed or not then he was explaining about bluelink features which is not relevant. 6. When I asked Mr. Ajay Shinde about overall work expense particular wise, he was explaining all the things orally, I requested to share with estimate details on paper. 7. Their staff takes the customers casually. In fact I requested them to provide drinking water. 8.They took a full day to have just oil change and air filter and wheel alignment done. So pathetic overall experience with them. 9. Staff was not trained about the latest BSVI Vehicles and special tools handling, they were asking each other on dashboard notifications was so funny
