★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Being in front of a camera is always an awkward experience for me but with Kuntal it was fun and entertaining..He kept cracking jokes to comfort us and got to know us on a bit more on a personal level, he answered all the questions we had even if it was just me being curious about his gear.
You always get the feeling that photographers are just there to take photos and go home, but with Kuntal it felt as if it was a long-time friend taking the photos, which is awesome as taking photos is not something I am fond of. I would recommend him to my friend and family .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kuntal is more than a photographer. His presence actually makes an event special. Earlier I thought that he was like this with me & my family, just because I am his friend. But luckily I attended other weddings where Kuntal was the photographer and he didn't know the family personally, but still he became part of the family in no time. He delivers world class but still keeps feet on the ground. You'll rarely meet a photographer of his stature who is so humble, simple and fun to communicate.
I always feel Kuntal's photographs are alive. There is a magic in it that is beyond the quality of the camera, post processing and technical skill of the photographer. He pours his soul into his work. I remember once he told me over a Pizza that when he covers a wedding, he feels that he is gifting a bunch of memory to the couple, that will help them to survive stormy days of their relationship. After so many years, and having him covering my own wedding, I know how true that is.
I know him from 2009. As much as he is a gifted photographer, he is an awesome human being too. Every friend & family member I introduced to him, became a fan of him. He is that kind of guy.
I know many photographers, many are friends. But Kuntal Gupta is the one for me, for us - my wife & I. Highly recommended.
