When u will go for shopping he will be very polite and will say yes to every demand of the customer and will make fake promises like i'll do this i'll do that but when goods are purchased he denies to all the promises done before and will any that i didn't make any promises. So plz do not shop from his showroom strictly noooo . very bad

The owner of the shop is dammn good at sales. He has very good knowledge of mattresses. Even if you want to purchase from somewhere else visit it once to get proper knowledge about mattresses

Worst after sale service Complaint filed with the Company This has reference to the Ticket ID request no.11478019 for Service of Kouch Korner Sofa purchased from you vide Invoice no. 3711 8008 3443 dated 12.01.2020 from your authorised dealer M/s Ladies Corner Xclusive, Sector 19D, Chandigarh. We have purchased the sofa on the condition that feet’s of sofa should be two inches more than the normal height you are providing. This assurance was given by your authorised dealer before placing the order of sofa set that he will arrange the adjustment of feet’s height after delivery. We have paid full payment in advance before giving the delivery. As per advice of your authorised dealer and assurance given to us, the delivery was given in time but without the fulfilment of our condition of height of feet’s of Kouch Korner sofa set. At the time of installation of Sofa we have again informed the Engineer Mr.Pardeep Kumar regarding the height of sofa set feet’s. Thereafter, the authorised dealer refused to give the services on the pretext that he will provide the technician only, the material required would be arranged by customer its elf. Even then we have agreed but technician never turned up. Then we filed the complaint on your customer care with complaint ID 1404105 on date 21.01.2020 and received SMS that Mr. Alok Singh Bisht will be visiting shortly, but since then no one has called back or turned up for solution even after repeated reminder calls to your customer care number. We are very sorry to say that this is the service/harassment you are providing to your customers after Sales and I don’t want to keep the sofa, when there is no service from such a reputed firm. Therefore you are requested to depute some reliable official to attend our complaint at the earliest possible and resolve the complaint satisfactorily or ARRANGE TO PICK THE SOFA AND RETURN THE HARD EARNED MONEY Refer my trailing emails sent to Kurlon Customercare and other email id’s. I would like to ask howcome the person who visited us and clicked some pictures and videos of the sofa had to say that this is a genuine problem whereas you DON’T FIND ANY QUALITY ISSUE with the sofa. It is really funny to see that the person who saw the Sofa in person stated that there is some issue whereas your forum doesn’t see any issue . I am really disheartened to see how you treat YOUR CUSTOMERS. After so many reminders, calls with customer care executive of the north region and constant mails here is what the outcome is. I don’t see any genuine addressal to my problem even at the hands of such a reputed company.

Ths is a great experience to share with everyone....I belong to sleepwell family bt when I went to sector 19 kurlon showroom n I saw the mattress n got all my required details from the owner who is really nice person...he made me sit on the mattress n explained each n every n check what's required to me for my mom's comfort.Finally me n mom selected our required mattress... Everythg went welll n v got company promotional gifts toooo as the owner was v honest n he shared with us ...it was a great experience at tht time ... Even delivery was as our preferred time coordination was perfect ....Delivery boys were v cooperative as my beds r little long n board.. V had great experience .My mom dnt complaint abt backpain after changing the mattress bt after one year v got a problem n believe me showroom owner really helped us to the extend n KURLON team calll us n reached to us in no time.. Many issues arose bt showroom owner helped n guided us step by step n v did...it was hard bt he made it easy by correct guidance... He is nice n honest man nt v mch business oriented... Nw finally I have switched to KURLON from sleep well..lately also I visited n purchased pillow n restangle twice...even after a complaint no change in his behaviour he was polite as always. I appreciate the hard work of the whole team n honest for the owner. I will give him 6 star out of 5.... I'm thankful as I got the correct guidance for perfect n comfortable sleep

I m neither any competitor nor belongs to matress fraternity but being a person who believes in values and etiquettes I would like to express my displeasure to the owner and concern to all others who cares for sincere and decent reviews. I do believe that brand is good but at the same time the individual who is involved in selling lacks patience, aptitude and values requisite not only for a decent sales person but also important as human beings. He initially was so forthcoming and positive in his response when we visited his shop but later when we asked that we won't be able to take as we want matress to be placed in a day or so. His reaction was something which reflects his superficial approach and negative mindset. I'm senior government officer and knows how to be polite and decent with others. He is so immature that he even misbehaved with my wife when my wife called him to know some details pertaining to the mattress. He told us that he has called kurlon head office and will ensure that we don't get matress across India. How silly his approach I am still not able to understand. I would urge Kurlon senior reps to look into this matter as this is not something fake review and needs to be addressed at suitable level. This bizarre attitude is not accepted and will affect the image of this beautiful brand. I hope he will learn from his experience as life is bful.

When I visited this place I was promised great product and service also shopkeeper made us believe to even buy extra accessories. But after some usage when we reported issue to the shopkeeper he seemed to take no responsibility and asked to contact the company only. Also, no guidance was provided. Please never purchase anything from this place.

Very rude owner and staff. The attitude shows Lena hai to lo else get lost, we don’t care. Derogatory for Brand image. Adding to your response Sir. Let me correct u, it was only 1 hard mattress, that you claimed to be hardest and not every mattress that was being checked. When buying for a person with heavy weight u can’t sit and judge the strength of mattress and to check the compression there is no harm if a person wants to sit on knees and check for 2 seconds. It was the second replacement hence we did not want to do it over and over again. I am sure Kurl on has provided samples at store for users to get satisfied for there requirements, as it is a long term purchase and not a daily procurement. And the question here is you not being wrong, but the way you and your staff spoke was rude. If you dint like it you could have said it in a polite way too.
