I bought a branded prestige saucepan from here and I realized within an hour that the handle is getting hot even on low flame, I called the lady shop owner and she simple denied saying that she is sorry can cant accept a return for the same. seriously, within an hour ? Mam, I will never come to you shop thanks for your so simple response....
