Today i purchased a mini cooler cost 2400 . First they tell that it have 1 year warranty when i purchased they write 1 season warranty ( instant scam) . When i opened the cooler in home i got surprised that moter bonding wire is broken and when i call them firstly they told me bhai kaam chala lo aise hi 2400 me aisa hi milega but after insisting they given me helpline no.
Overall that kind of service should not be bearable. That's my heart breaking experience in kanpur.
