Post installation service is pathetic.
They are neither handing over the warranty card neither they are able to provide post installation services.
Joyita Madam from Konnagar is very good at giving different excuses everytime.
Even complaining at Kutchina services did not help.
Their technician denied to provide service as he always complains about his schedule and said he is not having time to provide service at our place.
Also it has been eight months, they are not providing warranty card hence we are not getting services from actual kutchina.
Please think twice before taking service from them.
