On refusing to buy from kutchina, we were disrespected and the sales man (Mr. Barun) stooped low to chastise me. I am thankful that I have not purchased from such people and I hope others don't as well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Most 3rd class service after sales, the service agencies are only money collection points and they don't provide service, you have to call them 2-3 times then they come for service and incase any parts replacement required, that you will never get for sure.
Pathetic service, try to avoid kuchinta home appliances.

One of the highlight of the product is the one touch cleaning process which reduces manual labour. Also from the pricing point of view it has different variants for different socio economics backgrounds. I really feel proud to be associated with this brand from Eastern India to grow so big nationally and undoubtedly the biggest appliances brand in India.
