Pros: good sales initiative
Cons: too many. Bought a rs30k+ product. 1st product brought for installation had big scratches! 2nd product brought had manufacturing defect. 3rd product brought looked good before installation. During installation the “hat-ure “ installers put 14 deep scratches on the machine!
This store is a joke to the kutchina brand.
