They meet the twin objectives of taste and economy under all circumstances.
Customer service can be improved further.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Items are good and all display cakes are supported by price tags. One dedicate person is outside gate for sanitising hands of their customers while entering shop. Ambience is also good. Kwality bakers was famous for good bakery products in budget but now they are in expensive $$$$ category. No car parking available, no wheel chair entry.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wish there was option for negative rating. Worst quality food and extremely rude and arrogant behaviour of counter staff. The manager at counter neither bothers about customer satisfaction nor has any control over his staff. Product quality is also average and similar products with quality is available anywhere in city at cheaper prices like jaggi's, K.Sahni, Gopal's with much better buyer experience and they also has dine in facility with a clean ambience.
I spoiled my evening after visiting them.
