★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This Kwality outlet definitely does not have good quality of service.. It took them 1 hr to serve us on the reason of staffing issue. They informed us service time of half n hr for tandoori starters and Chinese items will take less time. Still they took more time than they promised.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They have two sections 1. Family & 2. Is the Bar. We used the family section. Based on my experience It was just about average. The service was prompt however the food was just average. Most of the stuff we got served was very spicy. Most beverages were part of the menu.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered Veg Biryani. They served me half cooked boiled rice mixed with boiled uncooked veggies. Returned it and they served again in the way, uncooked. After complaining to the manager, he shamelessly says, our biryani is world famous and we serve it like this only. Must says, these are arrogant and sick people. I hope God treats them the same way, like they treat their customers. Paid the full bill without eating and left. Worst restaurant in Pune.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ambience is so so, not very elegant. Staffs are humble and supportive. Over all food quality is good, we ordered for Chana garlic,Chicken malvani kabab, Cheese chilli toast, Chicken spring rolls, Chicken chili milli kabab and found it delicious. where as we also tried Veg crispy & Lamb chilli and felt very dissatisfied. Like us lots of customer's were suffering due to flies, which is another disappointing factor which was not expected

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you are looking for a fine dining and quality food experience then this is definitely NOT the place. It is only for Boozers who will eat anything even garbage served on plate. Manager is one shameless person. Street food cooks are way much better than the chefs working here. Not at all recommended for families, and women.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ambience is good I would not say great. The staff was courteous and helpful. Best starter to go for is Chana garlic fry. Their Chinese food is good but I would strongly suggest to avoid mutton Chinese dishes. Overall a decent experience..
