★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very old shop from the 60's. A quality seller of various sweets, ice creams , dairy products, cakes etc. Located at the corner of piplani, has decent sitting arrangements. Sells lassi, cold drinks and various bakery items for decent price. Good place to have a quick bite at any time of the day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had reached to order Poha Jalebi early morning before kwality sweets opened but my order was taken after a couple of minutes as the shutters opened. I used to visit this place 20 years ago with my parents when I was a kid then moved to another city. Surprisingly I still remember the taste and it hasn't changed in all these years. It's a must try if you're in bhopal.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ By their attitude at billing counter, it seems like they don't want customers. They don't ask what actually you want. Even you need to call again n again to their staff if you need anything.
No customer support. No one is there to take care of customers.
I ate samosa, paani Puri and Rabdi.. thereafter asked for tissue paper, which wasn't available at counter. Staff person rudely said "nhi hai andar Dekh lo mil jaaye to". I went to the owner standing there and informed him about the case. He didn't say any word, like he ignored my feedback...
It feels like they don't want customers feedback. Owner needs to work on Customer service.
Everything else is good. Food variety, quality and taste is always good. That's why we compelled to visit again n again.

This is very old place in piplani Squire and maintaining Excellent Service and Product's are very Pure and Unique taste. This is highly recommend to visit Kwality Sweet's Piplani Squire with family. You can get things at a very economical rate and plus taste is also good like Samosas, Sweets, Pastry and other snacks & beverage item as well.

The only issue I see is that the staff is not well trained to welcome the customers. They'll never greet you with a smile. Will never show you welcoming nature.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ All kinds of bakery items ( Cake, Cookies, Petis), Sweets and chaat Pani puri etc are available here. All items are vegetarian as informed by owner once I asked. Quality is good at slightly higher price.
