Great collection of products. I went to buy Jaquar only but looking at the collection bought all my tiles from this store. Wonderful experience overall.

I am very glad I chose this store. They gave me the best price at the beginning itself. Didn't have to bargain at all because other shops gave me higher prices.

Pathetic experience. Super fraud and cheat owner. Went to purchase electric geyser and the owner was trying to sale me old model with old mrp in old box and when I asked him about it, then he started abusing me and insulted me to the core. He was also misbehaving with other customers. Never wver will I go to this shop.Avoid at all cost.

WORST SHOP EVER!!! DO NOT EVEN THINK OF BUYING ANYTHING FROM HERE (Prevention is better than cure) 1. Shop owner Sahil will treat u badly as if he is doing some favour on you and might insult u as well. 2. Product quality is pathetic and is outdated 3. No after sales service/gurantee. 4. They will provide wrong information of the product they are selling. 5. They will over charge for things with a high probability of providing you with a duplicate product.

I generally avoid giving such bad rating but this showroom truly deserves practically 0 Star. I decided to write the review after I read the owner giving blatantly false and baseless replies to other negative reviewers. One of the worst shopping experience at this store. The shopkeeper Mr. Saahil is a real liar, rude and arrogant person. I went to purchase a Jaquar product and was casually discussing the price with him. First of all, he started arguing about the false price he initially committed, and then he felt offended and told me upfront that he will not sell me the product. It took me a while to actually understand what he meant because never ever I have seen any shopkeeper refusing to sell the product even on his price. When I asked him why he is behaving like this, he instead started blaming me for my bad behavior. STRANGE He feels like he is the only dealer in the world who sells Jaquar products. I was on the clock and in need of a specific model, and this gentleman wasted my 30 minutes in baseless and unwanted arguments. The staff at his showroom is good, but the owner is not. I went at this showroom after reading 4.5 star rating but regretted my decision. I do not recommend this store to any one, and visit only if you wish to feel humiliated and cheated either on price or on quality. Cherry on the top, he was also arguing with other customers in front of me (though I never imagined I would be his next victim). Now, when I read negative reviews about him then I realized that he does this with almost all the customers. Looks like either the positive reviews are from his known ones or paid. I know he is also going to challenge my review by blaming it on my behavior or false price expectations (which he does with everyone) but if many people are experiencing the same behavior then it cannot be false. I have proof of the purchase with me as well, and already raised the complaint to Essco (the parent company of Jaquar) as well as to the Jagatpuri Market Association about this showroom. In short, Avoid this showroom.

Great experience overall. Best prices and stock is always available. Owner Mr Sahil gave me a free 3D view for my bathroom as well. Highly recommended.
