Placed a service request and had the mechanic over the very next day (AC was out of warranty), spent abt 7.2k to get it repaired...now the AC isn’t working again after 2 weeks (AC now under repair warranty), placed a complaint and its been nearly 3 days..and i keep getting stupid reasons for the mechanic not being available. Why the delay the 2nd time? Can’t make money from a product under warranty that’s why?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These guys are Voltas Authorized service partner. My Aircon is less than 4 months old, the PCB & sensor are found faulty. It’s been 12Days from the time they took then part for replace/repair & till date they haven’t contacted me nor Voltas customer care gives me a proper confirmation about the date when my part wil arrive & my problem wil be resolved!

Obstinate. Rude. Bragged of being best in the business of installtion. If there is choice avoid this person called Golu.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have AMC with KWIK AC WORKS for my split AC since last few years as it is the near most authorised service centre for Voltas.
They bother to call me once in a year for the renewal of contract. Otherwise throughout the year, I have to call them for reminding that my AC servicing is due. If I don’t call n remind them, they just don’t call or message me to remind ..and in this way my AC servicing is lapsed.
When I called KWIK AC WORKS to talk to the centre head, I was prohibited to talk to the centre head by giving an absurd reason that they are not allowed to share the centre heads contact details in any way. Neither did they connect the call to their centre head, nor did the centre head call me back even upon repetitive requests put to them.
The person talking to me over the call was utterly rude and over smart and had the audacity to ask me to ‘remind them’ of the 4 ROUTINE SERVICES which I am eligible for even if my AC is working fine. This is a responsibility and duty of the service centre to call and remind the customer about the routine servicing. SHE HAD THE AUDACITY TO TELL ME THAT THE COMPANY HAS ASKED THEM TO ‘NOT REMIND THE CUSTOMERS’ OF ROUTINE SERVICES for which the customer already pays in advance for the entire year in the form of annual maintenance contract (AMC).
I highly discourage everyone from availing the services of KWIC AC WORKS for their AC servicing.
I never got any “ service due” intimition from company. That’s the basis of my complaint.

As you are claiming that the AMC is with Voltas company not your service centre then why your service centre technician comes for AMC renewal and collection of cheque not the Voltas executive ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was very impressed by the quality of service rendered by Priya and her team for my Voltas, LG, and Hitachi machines. The mechanics are senior and well experienced. I have used her services at my father's house as well as my own house, and they are prompt and on time. Reminder service is also there. They point out problems and also recommend solutions without trying to exploit you. I'm very satisfied.
