★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recommend not to waste money here. They doesn't inform to customer which all the toys are not working but they charge fully. Also they charge 50 rupees extra for shocks. I felt it is waste of money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a membership card which was expired as it couldn't be used during Covid. I was made to pay for a new membership card. After that when I enter the play area 2 out of the 7 things aren't working. When I approached the front desk, I was told - Yes, it's not working so do you want us to shut the play area down?
Kindly don't make you and your child gp through this!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Before going to Kydoland, as we are going there for the 1st time we called them twice to know the guidelines during this pandemic, nobody attended the call. We went there in the evening. The front desk staff explained about the cost per hour, recharging the card and about baby's socks. Baby was already wearing the socks. She asked me to go inside without mentioning any guidelines. Wherever we go, as father and mother of the child we go together. We went inside, all the 3 staffs inside they were so rude and insulted in front of everyone, they asked us to go outside, we were wondering what happen.... they acted so miserably saying only one parent is allowed, they are talking about the socks. How will we know unless they guide us, we went there for the 1st time. We came out, felt really bad for going to such place. As we already paid for 1 hour, we brought the socks from them and one of us with the child went inside. After few mins, one lady entered inside the play area without the socks, staff saw her without the socks. But happily accompanied her into the play area without the socks.
Kydoland, is the rules different for each person..?...Also as mentioned in earlier comment (which was deleted by you), your staff without mask played with my baby, this was all opposite to your video on youtube. Ppl come there seeing ur video.. plz don't misguide them. Such a bad experience we had in kydoland. We did not stay there for full hour, we came out early... :(
Its nice place to be, but your staff make it so worse :(

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is my 4th visit. Earlier tht place was neat and clean with lots of toys but not the place needs to be refreshed. The ball pool has very few balls, the toys are broken, the mats are not clean. But atleast there is something for the kids to play and appreciate it if they can maintain the place..
They have snack bar but the prices are too costly. Tea would cost you rs.75

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Highly recommend this play area for kids. Such an awesome place where kids can have good time along with parents.The staff is also friendly. My daughter loves to spend time there.It even has saloon for kids.Must visit if you want your kids to have a wonderful time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went with my 4 year old daughter m she thoroughly enjoyed. Place was well sanitized and clean. Attendant was very good, she was very supportive towards kids and managed very well. This place also have kids salon and event are. Will really recommend this place in electronic city
