★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was more or less good but they have an issue of timely delivery. They don't deliver products on time specified by them only and then Don't receive call as well. The girl at the reception/billing counter lacks basic coordination skills.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst customer experience ever. Also selling price higher than every major electronic store like Vijay sales, Sargam, croma, reliance digital.
I purchased one side by side refrigerator from here and i regret it. They lied about delivery charges and after billing asked me to pay delivery guy 1000 bucks if he is able to take it from staircase else 2500 if delivered using ropes on second floor.
No other showroom is charging for normal delivery.
At the time of delivery no service was provided and delivery took about 4-5 hours because only 2 labour was sent by showroom.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We purchased a split ac on 16-06-2021. The executive at the time also didn't give us best services. We waited for 30 min as he was looking at other client. There are others even then we waited. Now 1 month passed and still we are waiting for the final bill. Even call by their owner to them didn't solve this problem. Pathetic services by LG and this showroom.
