★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a all girls pg located in ahmedabad gurukul road bear sterling hospital in L K apartment A7 its basically a 2bhk left whichvis shared by 10 girls the bed room is for 3 girls with 5500 rent without food and 7k with food and the master bedroom is shared by 4 girls who pay 4500 Without food and same 7k with food the cheapest is the hall where 3 girls share it for just 3500 without food and 7k with food! Its an ohk place to live if u have ur jobs or commute nearby! It is centrally located, u have nearby sterlibg hospital, himalaya mall and few other places! Talking exclusively of the pg it is not being runned as it should the owners are not very interested in their best of interests! The gas bills are pending which is supposed to be shared but they charge 900 for a cylinder and the other services which they claim to provide are also not really efficient ..they have managed to put up a wifi connection and refrigerator in the pg! Except for that there are no other services offered there is no AC also in the rains this place gets flooded inside and outside as its on the top 4th floor there is a big leakage issue! To top that all the supposedly mess which they provide is horrible.... U get pani puri for dinner... The food is below average! But if u have nowhere to go and looking temporarily for a place u might try here but NOT AT ALL RECOMMENDED!!!!
