★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My experience with lobel is not satisfactory at all but it was amazing primarily.
But later when everything was installed and full payment was done, my solar panels were not working well. I registered complaint with them and they told that proper units are not generated. Their engineer came, inspection was done and then told that there is some shadow coming on 4 panels out of 10 so units will not get generated. And now asking that you have to change location of the panels that too out of your expense.
There employees came and inspected our terrace thoroughly and then constructed the whole setup and we trusted them as I belive that they are having expertise in it. But now when it's not producing proper units, they are asking to change the setup at our cost.
It's completely unprofessional. When they asked for payment, we gave it without any delay, but now when we are facing this issue, no satisfactory answer is given nor they are taking responsibility of setting up panels at wrong place.
