★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am Ashis Kumar Sahu from Bhubaneswar and having a two wheeler loan (12 month term) with "Loan Agreement No 4215228" from L&T finance. The employee "Udhab" placed in K.N. Bajaj Showroom situated in Rasulgarh Bhubaneswar, has misguided us regarding the loan process and closing procedure. The company has given me one letter which consist my repayments (installments) schedule and agreement on my email. I wanted to pre-close my loan after 7th installment. For this I visited corporate office situated in Lewis Road and asked the cashier about my closure. The lady replied nothing will be deducted from existing amount plus interest, event I need to pay more than the regular amount. I got confused with the statement as the employee "Udhab" told me during loan process that the whole interest amount will be deducted and there will not be any foreclouser charge if I wish to clear the loan after 6 month.
But in corporate office the cashier saying another thing. After that I met one of senior officer named "Amiya Kumar Parida". Who first tried to make us understand unusual and irrelevant things. After that rudely behaved and transferred my concern to one table person to another. Even your employees are not clear about loan agreement. I asked the Amiya babu regarding where its mentioned that I have to pay foreclosure charge, he said he never read the loan document.
L&T finance organisation is completely misleading common people to achieve your targets and profits. I got completely disappointed on your service quality. I will never ever come again to make any deal with the company. I am the managing director of one of the reputed farm situated in western Odisha. I am blacklisting your company to save my loyal employees and personally advised not to make any business with company like this.
Make sure sometimes Money does not matters but transparency matters. Your entire group are never ever trusted.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I took a loan from Land T and paid the whole amount in installments, Just before the last installment when I went to them for few queries, They are straight away denying to clarify Any queries. They also demanded a random amount for releasing the NOC. These people also deleted my post on their Facebook. There customer service is also very disturbing and filled with uneducated people who can't address a small query. But they will disturb you with random calls. Please do not Use L and T financial services.

As multiple times informed you guys that I am not the person signed as a guarantor nor taken any type of loan from your team. As discussed with customer care for this HARASHING behavior, I dropped an email to your team to take action so that I should not get any calls further. After telling you multiple times to check the correct person, still I am receiving calls from your team for money. If I am telling you I am not the person whom you gave loan or taken as a guarantor then why you guys are calling me for money. You are crossing your limits to HARASH anyone. Again today I received a call. Kindly stop HARASHING to avoid any legal action further as informing you many times about this.
