★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had also a very bad experience with L and T housing finance. I took home loan through l and t finance. Initially the representative told me that I would be charge processing fee not more than 10000 rupees but and I have submitted 5000 rupees initially. In the meanwhile processing the home loan representative told me that they have to charge 8000 plus GST. So I technically I have paid around 15000 for processing fee. I would not suggest to any one to take home loan from l and T housing finance. They referred me to an advocate at registry office l, he charged me registry amount around 8.2 percent. Ab itni sab procesing ho gayi thi to phir mujhe registry b karani padi, Jo mene abhi 19th of March ko karai hai. 1 cheque mere naam ka abhi l and t ne mujhe diya b ni hai, or l and t wale bol rahe hain, mujhe emi abhi 2nd of April ko deni hai.. worst experience ???
