★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Strange to see the finance company do not accept payment through card. Still old fashioned either cheque or cash which is unfortunate. The cash counter is slow. The lady at counter busy most of the time talking over phone & telling others that the system is down whereas other staffs continue working on the same system working for them.

They tirelessly helped me for over 3 hours with so much paperwork dedicatdly. Employees like these are the reason why businesses flourish and porsper. These girls have ensured I continue investing in L&T mutual funds lifelong.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The customer service vaaste not listen customer complaints they are very rude first of all they are not pick up the phone they are showing like they are doing any favour to the customer they not giving proper guidance to the customer route I tried almost 20 times but I not get connected to the customer care when I connect that ok so rudely and there is globe guidelines how to close the loan they are saying go to Google pay and pay yolo but they didn't say how to do how to go which site which number they should change the attitude how to talk to the customer
