★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hello,today went for a visit in L&T seawoods to see the underconstructions flats,reached there after repeated calls by the dealer.once we reached a lady came to note the details about what type of flat we want.when we said we want to book a 2 bhk,to our surprise she told 2bhk,oh they are booked,dealer said but 10 inventories(flat)were there till today morning, she said but now they are booked, can I show u a 3 bhk, I got confused I came here to buy flats or vegetables. Anyways then the lady left and dealer said sir can I show u properties in some other area.but we were not interested and we left.we could hardly go for 5 min,someone called on mobile,sir u came to see the flats in L&T ,I will show,we said but ur flats are already booked,no no I can show u,someone has not paid .we said no we are not coming back, he made repeated calls so that we go back,but i must say poor marketing tactics
