★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff is extremely unprofessional. They will show promptness before the purchase , once u have purchased they will make you cry to deliver the stuff. We made an order paid advance , around the delivery date once of the staff ( Ratan) delayed the delivery by 3 -4 days saying there is a lot of rush so he cant send items. Ultimately , we had to visit the shop and carry our items ourselves. Pls dont buy anything from this shop , is my suggestion.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are authorised dealer for Jaquar sanitary wares. They do not have a professional approach towards after sales service. While jaquar delayed the replacement of leaking WC by 90 days La-ceramica was totally careless particularly the replacement was happening 2nd time. The whole replacement exercise was left for customer to handle.
