★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was disappointed when I called and was told the store was closed due to the Covid. I was really looking forward to visiting the store. I was told they were taking online orders and they would deliver quickly to my door. The boy I spoke to was so helpful because I wasn’t sure what to order. He stayed on the phone with me and navigated me through the site, showing me items I might like. He was so friendly and very knowledgeable. I placed my order and I pretty much got my purchase 15 minutes later. The boy that made the delivery was really sweet and in my opinion, brave for doing a job that put her at a higher risk for contracting COVID-19. This place was great and super easy to order from during these quarantine times, they processed my order really quickly and the boy i spoke to on the phone answered all my questions & even called me back to confirm she had an item for eg. Hookah, flavour, coal, cillam, foil, filter and many more in stock. Also the delivery Process was safe the driver had a mask and kept her distance. Thank you both so much for a really great experience! I very highly recommend!

The only store in Bandra that has a large selection of hookah, molasses, flavour, coals, Cillam or anything else you might need. Not only a large selection but quality. Customer service is top notch. Irshan is always ready to answer any questions I might have. Overall the entire staff is super friendly and helpful. I go to La Habibi Hookah Shop periodically for my hookahs stuff they always have a large variety everything I’m looking for the best brand flavour for eg AL fakher, Afzal, Zomo, Fumari, Royal Smoke, Al ayan, Hufflepuff, Aladin, space smoke and many more. The staff is very friendly specially irshan ask for him he is very professional and helpful in finding what your looking for/recommending great products !!! Excellent customer service they deserve ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
