★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Doctors are good but clinic is not managed professionally. They lost my records of the last two sessions , my file is surprisingly lost but they call me every month for next sessions. Jessica told me to show the proof of payment. The onus is on me to prove. Decided to donate my 25k payment as charity for up keeping of this clinic. Thanks Jessica.

I took Aqua Shine Therapy from the clinic and my skin is shining and glowing. I appreciate the staff and management for there suggestions and service. #happyclient

Dr Kar suggested me to take few sessions of peel & aqua therapy, and my problem is completely resolved now. Really happy with the results. Highly recommend peel treatment and aqua therapy from this clinic.

It appears clearer, even toned, and brighter and also feels softer. I'm completely satisfied with the treatment. Great services. After seeing the wonders, I have recommended so many other friends to go to la skin clinic

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ - I went there twice to get my hand wart removed, both times it came back.
- One of the worst things about this clinic was that every time I went there I was charged a consulting fee, even when the doctor took less than 20 seconds to write me a topical medication that he could have written in the very first appointment.
- The clinic did NOT offer me a follow up session after the wart removal (something almost all other clinics offer, I called and asked).
- They run this like a medical business rather than a clinic - and are more focused on every chance they can get to cash in on their patients.
NEVER again will I visit them!
EDIT: To LA SKIN who just responded, my experience was well before Covid, I have bills and receipts if you would like to have a look, kindly have a look at your past records. Also I would gladly get in touch with you soon to explain this matter in detail, thanks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had been associated with them since past 5 years. Based on years of relationship, had paid them in advance last year for peel and laser, took 2 sitting and had remaining 4. Then covid waves came and couldnot go there. During this time they shut down without any intimation or call/refund. When i had called them last to tell them that I am down with the virus and shall attend after this waves goes, then too they didnot inform anything about shutting down or refunding my advance balance.
Now, all 3 of their numbers are out of order and the clinic is closed. I have no means of contacting them to know about my advance money which is with them or about how will I get my refund.
THIS IS FRAUD.
If they were shutting business, they should have called me to inform about this and refunded my advance hard earned money which is with them.
Even the dermatologists associated with them and the nurses working there are either uncontactable or refuse to give out any number or email where I can contact them.
I shall go to court if they donot contact me.

Seems bit surprising to me and when today I visited their clinic saw it was closed. Called their owner Jessica, and now she is not picking call. Why they took advance when cannot provide services.
