★ ★ ★ ★ ★ THIS IS A CHEATER COMPANY. THEIR LICENSE SHOULD BE SCRAPPED.
We had an extremely horrible experience with Labbaik Umrahs, located in Jasola, Delhi. It's a relatively newtravel agency and unexpectedly unprofessional in their service. Therefore, I strongly recommend NOT to choose this agency for Umrah or Hajj.
The owner is a very dishonest man, and so are his colleagues. We contacted this agency on Jan20, 2019 for complete Umrah package, and scheduled our 15 days Umrah starting 9th February, 2019. However, unfortunately, after taking advance payment from us, they never responded to our calls or inquiry about the status of our Umrah. And later on, kept pushing the Umrah dates forward. Surprisingly enough, they started misbehaving with us.
Ultimately, we were compelled to call Delhi police which helped us promptly in getting our money back as well as teaching a good lesson to Mr Adil.
I am extremely surprised how come he is still allowed to run the business and cheat many people every day!! We all, who got cheated by him, should lodge a complaint to Ministry of Minority affairs and to Delhi Chief minister, to take strict actions against Mr Adil and his company.

The hotel, airline, and the transport : everything was top quality. I had definitely recommend this service to someone who has never been to Mecca and Madina before for Umrah & Hajj. They explained every part of trip in great detail. I'm really happy that I found their services. Thanks.

We were picked up at the airport on time by our driver and guide. Guide had great knowledge of all ziyarat. Everything was perfect and perfectly-arranged. We would recommend Labbaik Umrah service to anyone visiting for Umrah. I liked it.

They take full amount and delay the tour day by day. if you asked them to refund they will keep lying, and delay your hard earn money. Free visa also charged Rs 5000/- and more... keep distance from these kind of companies and always trust your local tour operator even if he charges is little more.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience of my life. Please don’t consider this agency for your Umrah as well as Hajj Tour. I am putting RED ALERT for all the people out there. I choose this agency for Umrah service for 3 people- me my father and my mother for 20 days in Ramadan last year. And opposite to the expectations whole tour was a nightmare. Roaming around on the street with my parents without anyone to help.
They don’t have any agent in Saudi Arabia .they use some Terrible Pakistani irresponsible guy named -Sabir. Please please please ask for our review before going forward . I will show you the proofs too
They are out there in Shaheen bagh with a new agency name -miqat umrah the same team working for both
