Far away from the city located in between the old village houses. Next to a clean flowing river, with all modern amenities, 24/7 water supply, children play area, Cricket turf, Basketball court, huge swimming pool, indoor games and other amenities are still under way.
- 5 Minutes drive from Neral Station
- 15 Minutes drive to Matheran hill station
- Complex bus provided in every 20 mins to Neral Station.
PS - I have covered almost all Neral (West/East) no other projects are provided these many amenities. Xrbia and Puranik city is also underway but Labdhi is better planned project then these two.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I and my family went there to see the property!! It was awesome! The staff were respectful to us and answered every question of ours.
There were many 1BHK, 2BHK flats fully furnished and the project which we were looking was still under construction.
We were looking for room near Ulhas river but only one floor has been constructed so far. The property is at max 20 minutes from Neral station. School is also near to the property and everything else such as all playing area and swimming pool, club house, amphitheater and temple is also under the property premises.
The maintenance is ₹ 3 per sq. ft. and the flat prices range from 16 lakhs to 24 lakhs of the river facing apartment.
The place is near to the market, the place where it is constructed does not has much buildings around and has greenery so there's fresh air flow out there.
They facilitated an OLA Cab for us all the way from Sion to Neral and return.
