★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Old government building, surprisingly found it clean and fans inside the court room were working. But the condition is pathetic, files and papers overflowing from carelessly filled racks. I hope n pray nobody ever needs to visit such places to witness such apathy.

I need a help I worked in profitous.in . They are not ready to pay my august salary.. I have resigned on 21st August 2018.. They had told me we will transfer your salary but didn't transfer I have written also.. Pls help me out . And there are lots of clients who have received they paid in this institute . But profitous closed Delhi branch after get money ..i live in Delhi . Pls help me out.. I have already complaint in labour court site. And one of head member in profitous.. He used to some girls here i have lots of proof. Which is gonna help to more compliant

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My name is Mohammed Hanif Mohammed Nazir Shaikh and this is regarding my PF withdrawal which i am facing an issue with the my ex company. Which my company is still did not make the ECR challan payment to the Government PF Regional Office. Hence my problem is still not resolved it. And i am running behind this issue more than 1 year.
Please see the denial reason from EPF regional Office "Claim has been rejected due to : 1) DUE TO REVISION OF ECR FOR PERIOD 2016-17 BY ESTABLISHMENT CLAIMS ARE REJECTED OR RETURNED 2) CERTIFICATE ENCLOSED IS IMPROPER".
This has been become a major issue with the lots of employees of this company. Please take necessary action on this company so that we can withdraw our PF.
