★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had am awesome experience with them, I booked a CT scan for my Aunt, and were able to have an hassle free experience in Delhi, where we are not familiar with the best labs. We had the assurance of having done the test at a good lab, with accurate results and it didn't leave deep holes in our pockets. I recommend it for all those like us, who are not familiar with the city as they even sent us the location of the lab all the prerequisites we had to take for the test. Thank the team for their service and making it easy for us.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Last Sunday, I had to take my Grandmother for a DEXA Scan. I couldn't find time to walk into each lab and look for the best prices. My neighbour suggested me to check LabsAdvisor. I ringed them, they provided me all the details about the labs available and their prices in Hauz Khas (where I live). Booked the test with them at a reasonable price and at my preferred time slot. Excellent service LabsAdvisor! I highly recommended it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They used to be a very good service provider. I am a customer for last 3 years but now their service is going downhill my last 2 experiences were pathetic. They only call till the payment is done after that no followup, no reminder no feedback call. Second last booking they didn't sent me my report for 2 days inspite of constant calls and
massages. Last booking lab collection person showed up after 5 hours or slot timing and there was no followup call with him neither with me. I was constantly calling and massaging again to connect with updation but it was all useless...customer care girl don't hv anything to say apart from sorry for inconvenience that too with a super fake accent. Maybe it will be my last booking.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lab adviser is doing great by providing providing costly tests in less than 50% of amount. Staff is very cooperative and helpful. Pooja Tyagi from lab adviser staff helped me alot in every expect. In case no one picked up the call due to busy schedule, they make sure to give the call back to know if there is any concerns.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing plaform to get your diagnostic checkup at very cheap rate. I guarantee you that Labs Advisor can give you best services at cheapest rate. I got my 3T MRI done just for 4k. Whereas price for it otherwise was min. 7k. I also tried it for my blood checkups which again were on a cheap rate. Great experience. Will try using it again. Reports were also mailed to me very soon.

Very worst and pathetic service totally waste of time and money dont book with them. Fraudulently making ? they have charged from me and not paid to lab now lab is not providing reports nor labs advisor is responding nor making refund unnecessarily delay. Now paid again to some other labs and done test because it was urgent wasted my 2 days and money too in this pandemic situation.
Dont book tests with them just because they are providing at low cost, there services are also very cheap like there cost . No customer support service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had booked for TMT for my wife. The date and time fixed was 11th Sep 2021 at 1.30 pm.
When we went to Medray diagnostics at Sanjaynagar they said there no services of technician today. They didn't even bother to inform us about cancellation in advance. They don't have value for customers time. It was rescheduled for 9.30 am on 12th Sep. But we were told to wait till 10 am.
Even the discount of Rs 100 mentioned fon online booking was not extentended. So never make payment in advance
