★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The showroom is under renovation and all staff goes on lunch without leaving a person on reception to give any basic information. The way I saw it today, it is no use visiting this showroom for atleast a week (ending 3rd September '19).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Experienced sales girl but the rest of the setup was a wasted trip. 'Experience Center' my foot ! I was given the impression that they would have working models of the eco-toilet-bowls. Sorry only displays. So we have to buy these not for the marketed-high-cost of performance but only for the looks. Then there are a few working models of faucets, but what's the point of displaying them backwards ! The whole 'showroom' is in a under-renovation mess.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This rating is just based on my personal experience, no doubt they have good collection but i think ,the way they give information to customer needs a lot of improvement as at the end i felt cheated..I went to buy few fittings for my kitchen and was confused what to buy as i was looking for hot and cold variant in tap which as per their information is not available in jaguar , they suggested me hindware which at the end again dint had hot and cold feature as well . They are even not sure which item is in stock and which isn’t. The model which i liked ,was not in stock, but came suddenly in stock when i told them i would only be paying once i see the product. I also requested to change my product to jaquar but they refused as i had already paid the bill ,obviously i dint had any choice . I even requested to meet the store manager/owner seeking his help but they told he is not available. I am only writing this issue in detail hoping that this would not be repeated with any other customer and if store manager really care he/she would take the required action.
