the collection are nice and also they offer deals n discounts

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ i purchase new bag in hurry ….i did not see it properly but second day i find it open from the corner as i got back to varanasi …. they are asking for bill n said we dont keep any record our system have not this facility …. n we dont keep this much poor quality of the product by this way they want us to belive them N they were blaming us ki apko dekh kr lena chahiye …. worse experience

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought few stuff from this shop in which, I bought one scarf also. I washed that scarf with all my clothes, the way we wash generally in washing machine. It's color bleeded n spoiled my all clothes. After that I visited store, store manager was suggesting me to wash single scarf seperately, instead of changing it. If we are buying some brand we dnt except such experiences of color bleeding n after that such suggestion. Ideally Lady 21 should change that thing. I left that scarf with the manager only. Due to this small issue you lost your regular customer with my friends too.
